Intro to Scratch Games

A game design platform created by MIT.  There is an online version as well as a free download for PC, Mac or Linux. It uses a drag and drop block-based programming interface to program sprites for gameplay and animation.

  • Scratch cards are a great place to start learning about the programming options that are available.
  • Create a basic game in Scratch using the following tutorial:
